Program Overview
HADS stands for a green and clean environment. Thus, preserving and protecting the environment in one of the important areas of focus for HADS and in this thematic area we mainly implement programmes that aim at creating awareness and training the people in the following areas.
- Backyard Vegetable Planting
- Waste Management.
- Tree planting / well-planned and targeted afforestation
- Promotion of the use of energy-saving stoves other than Charcoal and firewood.
- Making charcoal briskets out of corn waste both for domestic use and as income generation.
